Startup Funding Club has been named a finalist for the Early Stage Fund of the Year Award by UKBAA

We are extremely pleased to announce that Startup Funding Club has been named as a finalist for the 2019 Early Stage Fund of the Year Award by the UK Business Angels Association!

This Award recognises the most active and impactful VC / Early Stage Fund in the UK that is bringing both investment and strong added value to build and scale their portfolio businesses and that demonstrates a key focus on co-investing with angels or providing follow-on funding.

The SFC Angel Fund was amongst the first SEIS/EIS funds to be launched in 2013 and it has become one of the most active seed funds in the UK with over 130 investments to date. We are very proud that our track record has been recognised by the UKBAA Awards’ judges and very humbled to be named alongside prestigious names in the industry.

We are delighted to be joining over 400 industry leaders at the UKBAA Angel Investment Awards Gala at Illuminate at the Science Museum in London on Tuesday 2nd July. This fantastic event will recognise the fastest growing brands and acknowledge the founders, angels, crowd funders and early-stage venture capital investors behind them.
